“Introducing curtains to our portfolio is a natural step as we’ve been delighting customers with bespoke products in their homes for more than 40 years,” says Sarah Quilliam, head of product design.

Our brand new curtains collection is awash with rich, bold and interesting colours, and both contemporary and traditional designs. Choose from 155 fabrics including timeless florals and classic patterns, striking stripes, luxurious faux silks and chenilles, jacquards and simple cottons. Then really personalise with a choice of headings, poles, finials, tiebacks and matching or contrasting cushions.

Curtains are more than just a window dressing as they can provide the inspiration and starting point for the entire room’s theme and decoration,” says Sarah, “not to mention privacy, warmth and energy saving benefits. People are often unsure about how and where to use them and what material to choose; it’s a bigger investment than blinds and they don’t want to get it wrong.”

The Hillarys service

From measuring and interior design advice and inspiration through to fitting, Hillarys local team of curtain specialists will discuss the customer’s requirements and offer expert advice to ensure they find the right curtain to suit their style – free of charge. They’ll visit the customer in the home, bringing the complete fabric collection with them, as well as our range of accessories. They’ll take precise measurements and then return to hang and dress the curtains.
