What happens next?
Once we have received your appointment request we will try and find you an appointment at your requested times. We will then send you an e-mail to confirm that we have made you an appointment and confirm the time.
Our advisor will then visit you in your home with a full range of samples for you to view. There are ten great collections of blinds to choose from and hundreds of different materials. Plus our beautiful Shutters and practical Awnings. The advisor will take care of all the measurements and will provide a no obligation quote.
If you are happy with your quote, you can go ahead and order during your appointment. Your advisor will ask for a deposit and will also give you a date that they will return to fit your blinds. For Awnings and Shutters, we'll contact you to arrange installation.
If you need time to think about the quote, that’s fine! Contact us when you’re ready to place your order.

From the initial phone call, the customer service was excellent. The advisor turned up at exactly the time he was expected and measured up with no disruption.
