Your visit from Hillarys: what to expect

At your appointment, one of our friendly, expert advisors will visit you at home to help you choose blinds, shutters or awnings that are right for your window's and your budget.

How we help you choose

Our advisor will:

show you a full range of samples – in our blinds range alone, there are 10 great collections to choose from, plus hundreds of different materials
take all the necessary measurements
give you a no-obligation quote

You can talk about your budget and the advisor will go through what’s available to come up with the right solution for you.

What happens then?

If you’re happy with the quote, you can order then and there. Your advisor will:

ask you for a deposit
give you a date they will come back to fit your blinds

If you’re buying awnings or shutters, once you’ve made your choice we’ll arrange to send round a surveyor to measure and come back to install.
