Blinds users ’should consider accent colours in kitchens’

People who are improving their kitchens could benefit from using bold coloured roller blinds as part of their new designs, it has been suggested.

According to Dallas News, the classic white kitchen remains a popular touchstone of inspiration for many people, but a number are choosing to bring out the best in the room with some bold accent colours.

Talking to the website, Brian Patrick Flynn, founder of Decordemon.com, said that accessories can help to ensure certain colour schemes can be changed over time.

“Fire-engine red in accents such as a pendant light over an island, a steel console table and vinyl stool cushions,” he outlined to the website.

“The small doses packed a ton of colour into the space.”

In a recent posting on DecoratingDiction.com, it was suggested that roller blinds are a “fantastic way” for windows in any room to be improved.

It added that window shades which suit a range of designs and colours are often available.
