Decorative and Practical – Keep your house secure using blinds

Many of us in the next few months will be looking forward to holidays in the sun (or snow) and worrying about whether we’ll get a tan, if we’ll forget our passport or have to pay for an overweight suitcase simply because we had to have 3 outfits for everyday of our holiday. But what about worrying about what you’re leaving behind?

If you’re not lucky enough to have a neighbour or relative who is willing to go into your house everyday to switch lights on and off, open and close curtains etc your house could be a target for burglars.  So how do you achieve a lived in look without having someone at your beck and call? Simply use blinds – Verticals, Venetians, Romans, Rollers, any type and style of blind could be used, simply install, or have us to install them for you in the front of your house, or wherever people can see in and leave at a slant or closed while away.

Not only will it look less obvious that you are away, you could just be keeping the sun out of the room, but it will leave you the envy of all your friends. Not a complete guarantee but good enough to give you peace of mind so you can concentrate on having a good time!
