Accessories such as jewellery can be used as wall art by being put on display in wall-mounted boxes, and extra pillows and scatter cushions add comfort, style and luxury.

The easy-to-clean nature of most types of blinds makes them easier to maintain than other window dressings, according to an iVillage.com article.
