Go tropical in your room with woodweave blinds

Those looking to create a room with impact can opt for colours that lend interior spaces a tropical feel.

Interior designer Jessica Ackerman said some shades are ideal for sprucing up a home and giving it a fresh, vibrant feel.

“Certain colours say ‘tropical’: turquoise, pink, terracotta, orange, yellow,” she commented in an article for JustLuxe.

Homeowners will find a variety of blinds that will match well with the theme and help to create the right lighting levels to accentuate the vivid colours.

But woodweave blinds in particular will fit nicely within the theme as they bring a natural touch and gently diffuse light to create ambience.

Linda Barker, a former Changing Rooms presenter, also recommended the use of woodweave blinds in homes to achieve a “textured, natural look”.
