Pink roman blinds can bring a room to life

Opting for a pink colour scheme with roman blinds to match can liven up a room, according to an expert.

Though some may think pink is a feminine colour which shouldn’t be used in gender-neutral areas of the house, it works well in bathrooms and can lend a sense of fun to an otherwise dull space.

Housetohome.co.uk says that, as it matches well with white, pink need not be too domineering in a room and it’s a colour scheme that is appropriate all year round.

And it also translates well in other rooms around the house, such as study areas, bedrooms or even in a lounge-diner.

Anyone with objections to a pink-dominated room can make concessions just by having one or two features in that colour, including blinds or cushions.

Roman blinds are also suitable for Mediterranean-themed rooms, according to interior design specialist Thomas Pretty, writing for GoArticles.com.
