Specialist advisors are stand out sales and service professionals with strong presentation skills and the ability to convert leads into sales.
Admired for their rapport building skills, specialist advisors delight customers by helping them to enhance their homes by choosing from our selection of premium products: shutters, awnings and conservatory roof blinds. This role is all about delivering top notch sales and service - surveys and fitting are left to the expertise of our installers.
Attributes / skills for the role
- Communicating with others
The ability to relate to others and handle and overcome objections is essential
- DIY awareness
Although no installation expertise is required, it is necessary to have an appreciation of the possible options. This understanding is developed further through training and close contact with your installer.
- Organisation
Advisors manage their own diaries and keep an accurate record of orders and payments, keep track of their commission statements and liaise regularly with departments at Head Office. Specialist advisors take responsibility for managing the process of sales through to installation.
- Presentation and reliability
Advisors must turn up on time, prepared with samples and looking smart and presentable
- Respect for others
Advisors need to be friendly and professional in attitude and show due respect for customers' property
- Committed to service
A commitment to delivering a high quality service and a determination to succeed is essential for this role
