Every Advisor is expected to attend a five day induction programme and you will be offered subsequent training opportunities, designed to increase your earnings potential. There are also regular regional and local team meetings that you will be encouraged to attend, where you can learn about new products or promotions or get up to date with the latest news. You will have the support of one of our experienced Field Sales Managers dedicated to ensuring your business is a thriving one. You will also have the support of several departments at head office to help everything run smoothly.
