Telesales Executives

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and confident indivduals to join our Quotes department in our busy contact centre.

The role offers a basic of £14,785 and there is a potential to earn significant commision levels uncapped.

Energy, tenacity and the willingness to achieve along with self belief and resilience would be invaluable qualities in the absence of experience.

OUTLINE
Your role will primarily be to contact customers who have recently received a home visit and price quotation from Hillarys and through the rapport you build with the customer secure their interest in ordering with Hillarys.

We will provide you with all the calling information and order details along with significant levels of autonomy, pricing, discounting and objection strategies which in conjunction with your own ability will ensure that you have every opportunity to secure the customers interest.

- Confident communicator
- Positive, polite and courteous telephone manner
- Some level of customer interaction via the telephone
- Experience of working in a telephone based environment
- Comfortable working to personal targets
