We've put this list together to help you focus on exactly what you want from your conservatory blinds.

• Is your conservatory south facing and very sunny?

  Special performance fabrics within our Pleated range are specially designed to cut down on the heat and glare of the sun – essential for south facing conservatories during the warmer months of the year.

• How important is privacy?

  Is your conservatory overlooked by neighbours? Try Vertical or Venetian blinds, which can be tilted to an angle for privacy while letting the light in.

• How do you use your conservatory?

  Is it a place to relax and admire your garden, or a practical extension of your home, for example a dining room, office or playroom that will be used throughout the year? For year round use, make sure you choose a blind that will provide a cosy, warm feel during the winter but will also allow you to make the most of the sun in the summer.

• Do you want to admire the view?

  If you're lucky enough to have a beautiful view from your conservatory, either of your garden or the surrounding scenery, you’ll want blinds that can be pulled completely out of the way when they’re not required. Roller blinds are perfect for this as they don’t take up much space.

• Is your conservatory north facing and mostly in the shade?

  North facing conservatories may feel chilly and really benefit from the warmth of Wood Venetians or fully-lined Romans.
