Why I love working at Hillarys
I currently manage a team that is responsible for the health of the customer marketing database, using it to provide analysis and insight and campaign selections.
One of the core values within our business is continuous improvement and this is definitely a value we live by in Marketing. We are a forward facing department that is constantly looking to test and learn and the Analysis and Insight team are instrumental in supporting these new initiatives.
My role is very varied - some days we are deep into the detail of the data and others we are presenting the results to colleagues and agencies. I really enjoy seeing how the insights inform business planning.
My favourite part of my role is seeing my team develop.
