Why I love working at Hillarys
No day is the same in our Contact Centre, but every day is rewarding. I am responsible for Hillarys Contact Centre all the way from the initial leads booking, through to Customer Service and the Complaints team.
The buzz of hitting our service levels and delighting our customers is second to none, and of course we have fun along the way. Our team here is amazing, and I love to see members of my team progress. Delivering improvements for our customers and our Contact Centre team is so rewarding – it’s my favourite part of the role.
I started 5 years ago in Finance as the Credit Manager looking after Credit Control and Debt Recovery for Hillarys and Arena. I was persuaded to move to the Contact Centre initially to manage customer service, and have now taken a broader role heading up the whole Contact Centre. I would never have considered a role outside of finance previously, but now nearly three years in I wouldn’t change it for the world. I love it!
