"I joined Hillarys soon after finishing university and was given a great opportunity in a growing business. Within a year, I was managing the Scottish sales team and later joined the specialist products division. Today, I look after 70 staff in the customer leads centre."

"I’d left university and been travelling for a while when I saw an advert in the paper for a trainee sales manager. Now it seems like it was meant to be!"

"I looked after our advisors in Scotland and then in the West Midlands. I was still quite young, so the job was a real challenge, but I loved how much the role pushed me."

"In my current role, I manage five teams and a total of 70 people taking and making calls with customers."
