Our contact centre team is based at Hillarys Head Office in Colwick, Nottingham. Working at the forefront of our business, contact centre staff play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, a core value of the Hillarys business.

Speaking to customers on the phone, via email and increasingly across social media platforms, contact centre staff are friendly and knowledgeable, answering customer queries, assisting with booking in-home appointments and taking customer orders.
