About the role
The Creative Design Manager is responsible for delivering the creative direction for our brands across all our channels and customer touch-points.
This role is a brand champion for the business. You will ensure our brands have a clear creative vision and are presented across all our print and digital disciplines in-line with our brand guidelines and strategy. You will be omnichannel and customer focused, taking a mobile first approach to all creative development.
A naturally curious, creative thinker, you will lead creative teams and projects across our brands in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. This requires an experienced creative who can inspire, lead by example and mentor to bring out the best from others and drive forward a culture of creative excellence. You will be as comfortable working alongside our in-house creative team as with our external agencies, leading, challenging and coaching to ensure the creative solutions are progressive, meet our commercial objectives and quality standards.
You will have excellent creative flair, sharp attention to detail and the ability to work at pace combining a innovative approach with commercial ideas. You will have excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal relationship building skills, and remain calm under pressure. You will be proficient in Adobe CC Suite, and be up-to-speed with latest technologies, trends and market. A passion for and experience in interiors would be an advantage.
