About the role

Manage the Hillarys in-house Design Studio, leading a team of six working across on and offline, five brands and nine websites. Projects include advertising, on-site, display, email, social media, brochures, PoS, exhibitions, packaging and corporate. Lead the creative output of the team across all brands and channels as well as manage resource allocation ensuring delivery to a consistently high standard, to deadline and on brand. The team will work to internal briefs and work closely with the marketing and web development teams. This is a hands on design role and design output will also be required.
