About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Outbound Call Agents to join our Head Office team in Colwick, Nottingham.

Continuing success means we’re looking for new team members to help enhance our reputation as the leaders in our field. We are looking for motivated and target driven individuals to join our busy contact centre, giving you the opportunity to start your career at Hillarys.

The purpose of this role is to convert existing and potential new customers to appointments and grow opportunities. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding targets set. Full training is provided to help you kick start your career.

Hillary’s Customer Service department has been rated in the top 50 companies for customer service for the last 3 years, so you can be sure that you’re joining a highly motivated and service driven team.

About you
The successful and ideal candidate will:

  • A positive individual with a ‘can do’, results driven approach and attitude.
  • Self-motivated and target orientated
  • Confident/resilient
  • Strong communication/negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence others

Experience of using a CRM system
Demonstrable track record of sales success

There are full and part time positions available which require a degree of flexibility as the role will involve working some evenings and weekends.
