About the role

A vacancy is now available to work at both Colwick and Glaisdale.

The Job role includes (but is not limited to) Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Ordering water and keeping the reception area tidy and in order. This role also is involved in ensuring stock levels are accurate and ordered when necessary.  The role will also distribute new workwear to advisors at our Glaisdale site.

About you

The successful and ideal candidate:

  • Be available between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Have proven experience within a similar role
  • Identify, build and maintain beneficial relationships with internal and external customers and contacts
  • Have an understanding of MS Office , Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Make prompt clear decisions to deliver an effective outcome
  • Have good time management skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Be computer literate
  • Have a flexible approach to change and solution focused
