About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Recruitment & Training Administrator to join our Sales team

Key Responsibilities –

  • Uploading new applicants data
  • Updating SAP system
  • Collecting post 
  • Send post
  • Order office stationary
  • Send out advisor holidays to BDM’S
  • Update company posters
  • Scanning advisor contracts
  • Add / remove from filing system
  • Order advisor business cards
  • General admin support

About you

The successful and ideal candidate will –

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
