Our small team of 20 people service the ever expanding trade sector of the market and from a customer service perspective we lead by example and are always looking at ways to raise our game.
With 1400 customers across the UK and Ireland we get to know our customers well which, in turn, enables friendly personal relationships to be built.

A fantastic communicator with strong influencing skills, you will have the autonomy to succeed within your role so tenacity is a must. Being the first point of contact for our customers your friendly nature and quirky sense of humour will enable you to build rapport with our customers easily and effectively. Your flexible approach and ability to work in a fast paced environment will complement the dynamics of our team and drive our service forward.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and have worked within a call centre environment previously taking inbound calls or making outbound calls through sales or service. You will thrive on the buzz and banter this role brings and enjoy the benefits of working in an open and informative environment and will enjoy being part of an already successful team. We work to achievable targets and have fun whilst doing this which shows in our consistently impeccable service results!
