Keep it natural

I like to use decorations made from natural materials like paper, wood, glass, metal and rattan, to help create a rustic boho vibe at Christmas. Baubles in gorgeous earth colours, made from paper pulp are everywhere this year and will give a rustic feel to your tree. I also like to use anything with tassels, leaves or feathers made from metal, or decorations made from macramé, to also give a really unique boho vibe.

Greenery at Christmas smells gorgeous and is so easy to get hold of, plus it really makes your home feel like a winter wonderland.

Decorate your home with foliage….and plenty of it!

I love to use greenery at Christmas, it smells gorgeous and is so easy to get hold of. I go on a ‘forage walk’ and gather as much ivy, pine and evergreens as I can get my hands on and then come home and drape it everywhere. I also use tones of it when decorating my Christmas table and it’s a real hit every year.

Turn up the twinkle

Fairy lights, tea lights and candles are a must at Christmas and really create that magical vibe. I drape and dot them everywhere, even in the garden and I just love it when the light starts to fall and everything twinkles and glows. True Christmas magic.
