Pleated blinds

Our pleated blinds can be used in a variety of settings, from living rooms and bedrooms to your conservatory. Sleek and neat our pleated blinds can be custom made to fit into even the most awkward of windows. For this reason they're ideal for use in a conservatory, both around the sides and in the roof. All of our pleated roof blinds use the latest Masterpleat technology (a device which prevents gravity from pulling pleats flat when blinds are in position over a roof plane) this also means they neatly fold up to the top of your windows, ensuring there is no detraction from your view when the blinds are open.

Custom made blinds

Each pleated blind is made-to-measure to your exact specifications. There are two different control options to choose from; cord or tab. Tab controlled pleateds use a tension spring and cords that are fixed to the bottom of the window along with a thumb tab to create a neat operating method and are ideal for roof windows, an extendable wand or crank can be used to open and close this option.

Energy efficient blinds

Our range of performance-pleated blinds are the ultimate in energy efficient blinds. Their reflective backings help to keep your home cool in the summer, as they reflect the sun back out of the window, and keep your home warm in the winter, by doing the reverse. Each Pleated blind is given a unique Hillarys SPF (Sun Protection Factor), the higher the number the greater the level of protection from the sun. This is calculated using three factors; transmission, reflectance and absorption figures, it is technically known as the shading co-efficient, an international standard ISO9050.
