Style tips for orange and red curtains

    • Autumnal colours of red and orange work wonderfully together. You could choose one colour for your curtains and the other for your accessories to warm up your room, or go for neutral walls so your curtains really stand out.
    • Think about the mood you want to create in your room. Burgundy curtains or dark red curtains will bring a sense of passion and sophistication, while burnt orange curtains exude warmth and earthy charm.
    • Mix up the vibe with different header styles, from modern wave curtains to relaxed and rustic pencil pleat curtains.
    • Orange blackout curtains or red blackout curtains are great in rooms where you want to create a dark environment and they help with temperature control too.
    • Pair your curtains with sheer Voiles to create a light and airy space. It'll give you privacy during the day and a warm and cosy sanctuary to relax in the evening.
    • Red floral curtains are lovely for creating a timeless look while orange patterned curtains will bring a burst of energy.
    • Make a sustainable choice with our range of curtains made from at least 50% eco-friendly fabric.

Questions on our orange & red curtains?

See answers to our most popular questions about yellow and gold curtains below. If you can't find what you're looking for, all of our FAQs are here.

What colour goes with orange curtains?

Orange curtains bring warmth and vibrancy to your space, and there are plenty of cheerful colour combinations to enhance their charm. Pairing them with crisp whites or soft beiges can create a fresh and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a lively and modern look. Neutrals like grey or taupe offer a balanced backdrop, allowing the orange to shine without overwhelming the room while earthy tones such as warm browns or olive greens bring a cosy touch to the space. If you're in the mood for something bold, consider teaming orange curtains with complementary colours like bright blues or playful teals.

What colour goes with red curtains?

Red curtains can create a lovely focal point, but it's important to choose the right colours to pair with this statement-making shade. For a gentle and timeless feel, go for neutrals like soft whites, soothing beiges, or subtle greys. If you like warm and cosy vibes, try burgundy or orange or for a more elegant touch, navy blue will look amazing. You can also add gold or silver for some sparkle or use floral or striped patterns in your soft furnishings and accessories for a fun look.
