Romans and Curtains

October is here. The weather is decidedly chilly and Christmas (yes Christmas) is already appearing in the shops and on the TV. The time has definitely arrived to get your home all cosy for the months ahead.

So you can see why this is the perfect time to launch our beautiful new collection of Roman blind and curtain fabrics.

My team has spent the past year, scouring the globe for the latest trends and most luxurious fabrics to make up the range. Packed with sumptuous styles, we’re all incredibly proud of the result. For the first time we are able to offer a fabulous choice of fabrics that can be made into both curtains and Roman blinds. Perfect for a co-ordinated approach at different windows styles and shapes you may have in a room, it also allows a lovely layered effect to be created, with matching or contrasting curtains and Roman blinds together at one window.

There are loads of highlights of the range. The choice of florals available is incredible and includes everything from delicately detailed designs to bold, contemporary prints. Stripes are big news too, with more colour options than we’ve ever featured before.

There’s a very striking and on trend Ikat called Ecuador as well as other eye-catching graphic designs. And if that’s not enough there are more printed plain and textured fabrics too.

Plus we’ve new accessories. For Roman blinds, we’re introducing a thermal interlining that will not only help to keep cold draughts at bay but will also provide a lovely padded effect for a truly luxurious feel. And to complement your curtains, how about a corded tie-back? We’ve three styles to choose from including a simple rope design, a more flamboyant tassel option and a very elegant crystal and tassel combination.

With so many options available in the new range, it’s definitely worthwhile getting your local Hillarys advisor to visit your home if you are considering curtains or Roman blinds. I know you’ll be impressed by what you see!
