Let us inspire you with our ideas for Valentines home décor

Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to show your home some love.

Whether it's adding a few romantic touches with elegant furniture or embracing the colours of love from subtle blush pink to passionate red, there are so many ways to infuse a little romance into your home and celebrate love all year long.

Here’s some inspiration on how to decorate a room for Valentine's Day and turn your house into a haven of romance.

Decorate the dining space

Having breakfast or dinner with your partner on Valentine’s Day can make the occasion feel a little more special.

Take some time to decorate your dining table before February 14th, by treating yourselves to a some romantic decorations, like a modern chandelier or a simple vase of roses.  They’re romantic flowers and can provide that burst of colour to an otherwise neutral table setting.

Here we’ve chosen pinch pleat curtains layered over floaty Voile curtains to soften this wide expanse of glass while providing privacy during the daytime. The sheer fabric lets the natural light gently diffuse into the room creating a lovely, romantic feel without taking away from the view.

Create a lovely living room

Finding ways to add warmth and charm into your living space will help it feel cosy and romantic. Choose sumptuous textures like velvet cushions, faux fur throws and plush rugs to create an inviting setting.

In this rustic living space, we’ve really upped the cosy factor with tonal blinds and curtains to create a calming, balanced space to take some time to yourself or with loved ones.

The soft grey Roman blind with a thermal lining paired with pale mint curtains is a match made in heaven, offering both style and warmth in one.

Make your Roman blinds electric to control them with ease and avoid getting get up from your snug spot on the sofa!

Bring the romantic era to the bathroom

The bathroom is a great room in the home to experiment with statement accessories as it’s not the most used space.

Spruce up the walls with a bold piece of art or create your very own spa to escape to with complimentary fragrances like lavender or vanilla and musk through diffusers and room sprays.

Roller blinds with a moisture resistant finish are a great choice for bathrooms where you want to make the most of light and space. They filter light beautifully while giving you much-needed privacy, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind.

Blooming bedroom décor

Florals are a timeless classic of the romantic era, so bring the blooms into your bedroom with blissful botanical prints and whimsical wonders

These pretty curtains in our Forenza Rose fabric really shine when paired with the pristine white Roman blinds and pure white walls.

All our Roman blinds and curtain fabrics are also available as cushion covers, so you can extend the romantic floral theme from your window through the rest of your room.
