Product Details
Crafted with a mixture of polyester and cotton to create a soft and durable product the Alice Ivory Roman blind is designed with a traditional leaf trail pattern in a gorgeous ivory and cream that creates a gorgeous neutral colour if you want to style your home with a neutral palette to create a calmer ambience. Meanwhile the blind also has a blackout and thermal lining which is beneficial in helping to block out unwanted light giving you control over the light levels in your home and privacy if you need it. The thermal lining however helps to warm your home so that you don't have to rely so much on central heating in the colder months of the year.

Cleaning Tips

Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

Child Safety

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.

FAQ's

I love the fabric of my Roman blind – can I get anything to match it?

Yes you can. All our Roman blind fabrics are available as curtains, and if you wanted to accessorise more, then you can have matching cushions too.

Do you sell blackout products?

All our Roman blinds are available with a blackout lining.

Are your Roman blinds lined?

Yes they are. We offer a standard lining as well as a blackout lining. And if you want to create a fuller, more luxurious look, choose our interlining option.

Can I have a Roman blind in my bathroom?

Roman blinds are a perfect choice for downstairs cloakrooms and en-suite guest bathrooms. They can also be used in large, well-ventilated bathrooms, but are best avoided in small, heavily used or very steamy bathrooms, which would be more suited to a specialist water resistant blind, such as PVC, Vertical blinds or faux wooden Venetian blinds.
