Why choose made to measure Roller blinds

  • Benefits of Roller blinds

    • They're a budget-friendly option for almost any window or room
    • Blackout fabrics help reduce light in bedrooms
    • Water-resistant options are easy to clean and ideal for family homes
    • They're a good choice for wide windows and doors - one blind can cover up to 3 metres
    • Roller blind fabrics fit in our no drill, Perfect Fit frame for uPVC windows and doors
    • Matching Vertical blinds are available for a coordinated look at different window styles
    • Shade hems, braiding and decorative poles and pulls create a one-of a-kind
    • They're neat and discreet when open, helping you make the most of daylight and views

  • Things to consider

    • All our Roller blinds can be motorised, although we do not recommend electric blinds for very humid areas, like bathrooms
    • The simple design means they can't be shaped for sloped or unusual windows
    • Manual Roller blinds are controlled by a chain in a range of colours. If you prefer a cordless option, consider our spring operated system or electric Roller blinds
    • Valances in matching fabric are available to hide the 'roll' at the top of the blind
    • Our made to measure Roller blinds will fit your windows exactly, so they don't need to be cut or altered.

Electric Roller blinds

Our Electric Roller blinds are super easy to use with a handy little remote. They’re just the ticket if your windows are hard to get too or if you’ve a few blinds in your room, maybe at a bay window or a wide door. They’re smart compatible when you a buy a Somfy hub, so you can use with Alexa or Google Assistant. Set programmes to open your blinds in the morning and even operate when you’re away from home.

    How to clean Roller blinds

Discover more about Roller blinds

Simple, stylish and versatile Roller blinds are one of the most popular blind styles for modern homes. Made from a single piece of fabric that neatly rolls up and down, they offer a clean, streamlined look while providing effective control over light and privacy.

A key advantage of Roller blinds is the wide range of fabrics available. From light-filtering fabrics that soften daylight to blackout options that help darken a room, Roller blinds can be tailored to suit the needs of almost any space. Moisture-resistant fabrics make them a practical choice for bathrooms and kitchens, while electric operation adds convenience. Roller blinds can be controlled at the touch of a button using a remote control and can also be operated via an app or voice command when paired with a Somfy smart hub.

Roller blinds are great if you prefer a simple, uncluttered finish in your home. Their compact design allows them to sit neatly within the window recess, helping create a clean and understated look.

Practicality is another key benefit. Roller blinds are easy to operate, simple to maintain, and can be made to fit a wide range of window sizes, providing a neat finish. Their combination of style, performance, and versatility makes them a popular choice for every room in the home.
