Make it eclectic

with Jade

‘Jewel: The Edit’ has landed. The sumptuous range brings together a stunning selection of Roman blinds and curtains, with four colour palettes to choose from: Sapphire, Amber, Jade and Ruby. Here, we take a closer look at the lush colour of Jade.

Jade is a luscious shade which offers a natural burst of colour. It’s deeply energetic, and will fill any space with positivity. It’s a great way to freshen up a dull room – the shade looks stunning combined with natural materials.

Mixing organic inspired patterns is a great way to bring the look to your home. Here we’ve illustrated how our patterns inspired by nature can work with beautiful plains. Our Nova Cyan cushion looks simply stunning when combined with the fern design of our Safi fabric, while a plain fabric such as Lyon Teal adds richness.

Our dining room benefited from a big burst of nature with Jade. The flourishing shade pops against the rich shade of the wooden furniture and parquet flooring. We layered our Aquarelle Mist Roman blinds and Element Verde green curtains – layering is a great way to dress a window, but will also add a little luxury to patio doors, as we have done here.

Choosing an eclectic scheme is a great way to mix and match your favourite elements. You can really have fun with bringing in inspiration from various sources – here, we’ve mismatched our dining chairs to add a youthfulness to the traditional room. A varnished bench, painted chairs and raw industrial seating brings depth to the space.

If you’d like to start small, think about blending together different material accessories. Here glass bottles, rope, metal and of course, sumptuous folds of fabric create interest. Plants, flowers and succulents are also a great way to bring the outside in, and literally breathe life into a space.

Finally, try curating vignettes, or artful arrangements, in your home. Bring in items which resonate with you for a truly personal display. It’s a great way to make your home say something about you. We’ve combined a quirky cobbler’s shoe with flowers and a few antique touches.
